Do you see yourself as a leader?
I’ve always said I think of myself as a reluctant leader.
I will lead if no one else will step up. I don’t really care to be the leader, I prefer my own thing. But sometimes, there are situations where someone needs to step up.
And I will.
Every time.
For that, I’ve often been called a leader. I always think that yes, probably, but I do it because it needs to be done or the thing won’t be done or someone needs to be the voice.
I don’t know if that’s a true leader. I’m content being the reluctant leader.
