Day Sixteen
Now this is an interesting one for me.
It’s newer to the list than even Happiest Season.
I only found it a couple of years ago, but it quickly lends itself to being one of the best Christmas specials. And it makes me feel like a little kid again even though I never saw it as a kid.
Which is really special to me.
I love being a kid at Christmas.
I love that even the adults revert to their younger behavior. That Garfield feels the Christmas spirit and the grandmother who reminds me of my own. Her quiet sadness is touching to me after having lost my own Nana right after Christmas not too long ago.
It’s a calm quiet special that lets me think about her and her love of this holiday season.
Miss you Nana.
