Almost Tuesday at this point!
But hey!
This week I have a lovely independent film called Almost Adults. It stars Natasha Negovanlis and Elise Bauman, the very same actresses who were on the YouTube series Carmilla.
This movie is basically about what happens when two best friends grow up and start growing apart.
Things change.
People change.
Or discover things about themselves they didn’t know or tried to tuck away in some secret part of themselves.
Life is messy and complicated.
And while these two best friends want to get through it together, they’re going to discover it can be harder than they think to remain friends when their lives don’t sync perfectly.
It’s a wonderful platonic love story, I think everyone has experienced in one form or another.
Let’s see what you guys think.
Personally, while I think this is a good movie, I wouldn’t call it a Masterpiece. More like somewhere in the middle.
