Day Seven
What’s better than a Christmas Classic? A new movie that becomes a classic you add to your rewatch list every year.
And Happiest Season has managed that since the dreaded 2020.
It’s not a perfect movie by any means, nor is it filled with perfect characters. But that doesn’t matter.
Because it’s real and representation for the LGBTQ plus community and that’s what matters. I’ll support it and love the good and the bad.
I’ll love that people learned their lesson in it about how they’ve treated their daughters. And I’ll root for Harper because making huge mistakes shouldn’t cost her everything, especially considering how she was raised.
There’s a reason her and her siblings are so messed up.
What’s important is learning and moving forward.
If Abby can forgive her and she does better, there’s nothing wrong with that.
Who doesn’t wish for a second chance to be better sometimes?
Check it out if you haven’t! Because it’s a kooky romcom if nothing else!
Thanks for reading! Spread the love and read on!
