Well, Finley, I hope you start to like Reacher, because it appears he’s going nowhere soon.
At least not until all the people who involved in his brother’s death are pushing up flowers.
Yikes.
Oh, Roscoe, I don’t think he was judging you, I just don’t think he’s met anyone quite like you. So he’s never quite experienced the emotions you’re dealing with in such a small, capable package.
Nice gun.
Then we find out the other body is a truck driver. Not sure what he and Joe have in common.
I’m a little scattered brained with this one.
I felt so bad for the lady who worked with Joe and was clearly more than friends with him. She totally thought he was calling and then to have that gut-punch. Ow, ow, ow.
Had to hurt.
And clearly Reacher has no idea how to handle big feelings like that, so he just doesn’t.
Also, I have no idea what’s going to happen next, but based on how the bad guys are cleaning house, she’s totally going to be joining Joe soon. I’m sorry. I really am, but she’s not making it out of season one alive. Calling it now.
Fake money.
We’re protecting fake money? I hate these people.
Love that Joe made it so hard and to find it’s still happening, he’s understandably ticked off. I wouldn’t want either Reacher coming after me.
I hate people like Kliner.
‘After everything I’ve done’ sort of asses. He’s upset he’s not above suspicion because he thought he bought his way out of it.
Ass.
I hate entitled people.
And for that one line only, he’s guilty. 100 percent guilty of some shenanigans.
I mean, I suspected the white knight before, but that line just solidified it for me.
Thanks Kliner.
That lawyer had that coming.
I can’t tell you how much I’d give Reacher or his brother whatever they asked for. They do not look like people I want to mess with. Nope, no way.
Then there’s the bar.
He won’t role over on the guard, because ‘we’re friends.’
Apparently, that only lasts so long. Getting punched in the face by a gorilla, nullifies the friendship.
Good to know.
Not that I’m against what he did, I just wouldn’t have been so haughty about not helping, and less than 30 seconds later, spill my guts. I’d have spilled my guts to avoid the punch from the gorilla.
Thank you.
Oh, and did anyone else want the food from Jolene’s? It made me so hungry.
Then they all got up and left without completing their meal. Ugh.
And Reacher’s ‘like this’ was amazing!
When I played softball, people used to ask me how I could eat two bagels and drink a Pepsi so early in the morning. My answer was exactly like Reacher’s! ‘Like this’ and takes a big and drink.
Any other questions?
Loved it.
I am loving this show and I can’t wait to see what unfolds next.
Honestly, I’m not even speculating anymore. I just want to enjoy the ride. It’s that good!
