Okay, so let me preface this by saying that she did this to herself.

I did NOT put it on her head. All her.

So, here’s what happened…

I was getting dressed, and Wynonna loves to play what we have dubbed ‘Chase the Kitty.’ Basically, we tell her we’re going to get her in a playful voice and she decides whether to run or let us get her.

She’s almost always down to play.

So like most days, she took off running.

And since I’m still recovering, I hobbled after her. But she didn’t care how slow or fast I gave chase. Just that I was able to play again.

I chased her around for a minute or two and she runs through a door into another room. Dives headfirst into the pile of trash, specifically this Cup O’Noodles box to hide.

Not the first time she chooses impractical hiding spots.

Usually, it’s behind a box of tissues or in an open cardboard box. Around the side of my bed. This… This was new.

She’s all crouched down, head stuffed inside to hide. I’m already dying of laughter because her entire body is hanging out.

Then… She looks up. And it’s on her head.

I could not stop dying of laughter.

And I’m so full of regret because before I started chasing her, I tossed my phone on my bed. Another room entirely and I do not move super swiftly right now!

So I beg her not to move while I grab my phone. Which she always does!

Every time she’s doing something cute and you want a pic or to bring someone in to see, she moves.

Every.

Damn.

Time.

She knows what’s she doing.

So I hobble to my bedroom, grab my phone, and come back to discover her waiting for me, looking cuter than ever.

So enjoy the pictures I managed to capture of my little angel.

Afterward, she had enough of her new outfit, shook her head. It caught on her ear, annoying her, and she smacked it across the room with such indignation I wish I had video of it!

Alas, she was too fast and had already put up with a photoshoot.
