1. Stunning
Can anyone of the seasons possibly compete with the beauty of fall?
The leaves changing color. I love nothing more than riding through a collection of trees on my motorcycle.
It’s so pretty. Even on the worst days.
2. Sweater Weather
It’s just right.
The fall isn’t too cold or hot.
It’s perfect riding weather and you can be outside with a million layers or without wishing you could peel your skin off to get cool.
It’s my favorite time of year!
3. Halloween
Who doesn’t enjoy the spooky season?
All the treats? Good books?
It’s the perfect time to curl up with a good movie or book with the window open listening to the trees rustling as the leaves fall.
Kids dressed up and running around. Candy. Halloween is one of the best.
4. Fall Flavors
All the fall flavors.
While I’m not a fan of pumpkin spice everything, people do love it.
Personally, let’s apple spice everything instead of pumpkin.
But who doesn’t love the fall flavors, making the season so special.
5. Riding
There is nothing better than riding in the fall!
The colors.
The leaves. The cooler air.
It’s perfect.
I simply adore fall riding.
6. Softball
Softball can still be played outside.
We’re not sweltering in the sun or freezing in the winter.
You can comfortably play outside. Not to mention, it’s one of the few times softball was never taken seriously. We just play to play. And those are favorite times.
7. Cozy
Curl up with a good book. Curl up with your favorite drink. Sitting outside with a hot beverage watching the world go by.
It does not matter what you’re doing, fall makes everything cozy.
8. Calm
With the fall season cozy, comes calm.
For some reason the fall aesthetic is such a calm one to me. The world settles. Maybe it’s the calm before the storm known as the holiday season.
Either way, I love the peace it gives.
9. Leaves
The leaves are so beautiful.
All the colors on the trees or on the ground.
Is there ever anything more pretty?
No, there isn’t. I’m glad you agree.
10. It’s Not Summer
Thank goodness the hottest season of the year is over.
I can do without all the heat. Thank you.
I’m glad that’s over. Much more comfortable seasons are at hand.
