Congrats 911: Lone Star! You have the only male/male ship on my list!

Since I find them harder to relate to, I tend to be unable to form connections to the characters, and find them interesting.

TK and Carlos managed to hook me.

These two are so sweet together and just rife with issues. But I love that they want to make it work no matter what.

They’re willing to choose each other over everything else.

They love each other that much.

Carlos being afraid to introduce TK to his parents, only to find that their families blend together so well is amazing. I love how supportive everyone around them is to their love story.

I love that Carlos puts aside his feelings about green, scaly creatures for TK.

I love that TK has put aside his desire for kids and accepted he may never have them, if he chooses Carlos.

Their little moments together, making dinner, sleeping together, sitting on the couch while one works, and so on.

Those are all the little things you have with someone you spend each and every day with. They mean more than sex and big romantic declarations, because I think it’s harder.

It can be easy to confess your undying love for someone, compared to living with them.

Will you still love them when they stay up until the sun rises watching security footage? Will you love them when they fall off the wagon? Leave the cap off the toothpaste? The toilet seat up? Bring home animals you hate?

TK and Carlos has proved they want to love each other no matter what the other throws at them or the world.

They’re together and a team.

And I think that’s wonderful.
